Congratulations to @arcadiahomesinc for implementing a unique design by @kdh_residential_designs_nc and @idecharlottenc using cross laminated timbers (CLT), a first for all parties involved!
The client wanted the exposed industrial look for their carriage house. @mikeygervais with IDE suggested using CLT as an efficient solution.
With prefabricated bolted steel connections and prefabricated CLT planks, construction went more quickly than anticipated!
